National Exhibition AV Production for The Good Food & Wine Show

The Good Food & Wine Show brings together food and beverage exhibitors, celebrity chefs, live demonstrations and masterclasses for audiences across Australia. NEXTGEN provided technical production for the national show across Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane.

The production needed to create an engaging live environment for cooking demonstrations, presentations and entertainment while delivering a consistent technical standard across multiple convention and exhibition venues.

NEXTGEN brought together a large-format LED video wall, professional audio, event staging, lighting, multi-camera video and experienced technical crew to create a complete production environment around the live stage program.

Production Highlights

  • Large-Format LED Video Wall: A 6.5m x 3.5m LED video wall created a high-impact visual backdrop for demonstrations, presentations and live content.

  • Multi-Camera Video Production: Roving and front-of-house broadcast cameras captured demonstrations, presenters and detailed onstage action for the audience.
  • Live Vision Switching: Professional vision operators managed camera feeds and screen content, providing smooth transitions throughout the live program.
  • Dedicated Audio Engineers: Experienced audio engineers managed microphones, music, stage monitoring and audience sound throughout the show.
  • Lighting Technicians: Professional lighting crew operated the stage lighting system and maintained the required atmosphere across the program.
  • Show Direction & Technical Management: A dedicated show director coordinated the different production departments, helping maintain consistent delivery throughout each event.
