The MindSphere launch required more than a standard AV setup. The event needed to support a formal presentation, guest arrival, networking and live technology demonstrations inside Swinburne University’s advanced manufacturing facility.
The brief included creative direction, set design, branded signage, lighting, audio, vision, rigging, projection mapping, LED displays, animated content, custom build coordination, pre-production planning and onsite technical management.
The challenge was to create a modern, innovative event environment that reflected the Siemens and Swinburne technology story while keeping the presentation and demonstrations clear and engaging for guests.
