ABOUT PROJECT

Conference AV Production for Ed Summit 2019

Ed Summit 2019 brought together global thought leaders, education leaders and innovators to explore the evolving future of education and share ideas, strategies and best practices from around the world.

Presented by High Resolves, the summit required a professional conference environment that could support keynote presentations, breakout sessions and a structured program throughout the event.

NEXTGEN provided conference AV and technical support including event operation, breakout room systems, presenter preview monitoring, countdown timers, custom set elements and professional event lighting. Together, these systems helped presenters communicate effectively while keeping the conference program running smoothly.
