ABOUT PROJECT

LED Screen & Event Lighting for Friends of MINI

Friends of MINI Lunch 2024 brought the MINI community together for a branded event at The Pantry in Brighton.

NEXTGEN was engaged to enhance the venue with a compact visual production solution built around a high-impact LED screen and battery-powered LED uplighting.

With limited space and existing venue infrastructure to work around, the technology needed to create strong visual impact without overwhelming the room. The LED display provided a prominent platform for branded content, while programmable uplighting introduced colour and atmosphere throughout the event space.

WHAT NEXTGEN DELIVERED

LED Display & Uplighting for a Branded Event Environment

Production Highlights

  • LED Event Display: NEXTGEN provided a slim, high-impact LED screen that brought branded visual content into the venue while using minimal floor space. The display created a strong visual focal point for the Friends of MINI event.
  • Battery-Powered LED Uplighting: Programmable battery-powered LED uplights introduced colour throughout the venue without relying on extensive power or cabling. The flexible lighting system helped transform the existing space and complement the MINI brand environment.

The combination of LED display technology and wireless uplighting gave the Friends of MINI Lunch a stronger visual identity without requiring a large technical footprint. The result was a clean, contemporary event environment that integrated branded content, colour and technology into the existing venue.
