Outdoor Event Production for New Year’s Eve Celebrations

Around 10,000 people gathered in the city to welcome the New Year with live entertainment, family activities, projections, fireworks and a laser show.

NEXTGEN supported the City of Melbourne celebrations with outdoor event production centred around a professional mobile stage trailer. The project required careful coordination across staging, production management, lighting, compliance and communication with the City of Melbourne team.

With a large public audience and a tightly scheduled live program, every production element needed to be planned around safety, reliability and efficient onsite delivery.

Mobile Stage Trailer: NEXTGEN coordinated the delivery, setup and pack-down of the mobile stage trailer, creating a professional performance platform for the New Year’s Eve entertainment program.
