Conference AV Production for a Major Asia-Pacific Business Event
The Asia Pacific Regional Conference brought together political, business and industry leaders to explore trade, investment and future opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.
NEXTGEN delivered technical production across a multi-day program at Crown Perth, including an opening dinner, two-day plenary conference, breakout sessions, a poolside event and a post-conference function at The Perth Mint.
A major feature was a 45m x 5.5m curved widescreen display created for the Crown Ballroom. Combined with professional audio, lighting, presentation systems and technical support, the production created a high-impact environment for presentations, discussions and evening events.
The Event Brief

APRC required more than a standard AV setup. The program moved between plenary sessions, breakout rooms, an opening dinner and social functions, with each environment requiring its own technical approach.
The Crown Ballroom needed to create particular visual impact. A large-format screen solution formed the centrepiece, while audio, lighting, presentation systems and show control supported speakers and content throughout the program.
Across every space, the priority remained consistent: clear presentations, reliable technology and smooth technical delivery from one event format to the next.

Plenary, Widescreen Projection & Breakout Room AV
NEXTGEN provided technical production across the conference program, including plenary AV, breakout room systems, professional audio, presentation technology, lighting, show control and onsite technical support.
The centrepiece was a 45m x 5.5m curved widescreen display spanning the Crown Ballroom. Designed for the plenary sessions and dinner program, the large-format visual environment transformed the ballroom and provided a powerful canvas for presentations, content and event branding.

APRC required breakout spaces that matched the professional standard established in the main plenary room. NEXTGEN provided the audio, visual and presentation systems needed for speakers, facilitators and smaller group sessions.
This allowed delegates to move between the main conference and breakout program while maintaining a consistent technical experience across the venue.
